As the world looks forward to the upcoming Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Paris is gearing up to host the world's largest sporting event. One hundred years after the last Games held in Paris, the city is once again embarking on the Olympic adventure and embracing innovation. From 26 July to 11 August, 10,500 athletes from over 206 countries will gather to compete in the biggest international multi-sport competition. With almost 10 million spectators and an expected 4 billion television viewers, this promises to be an unforgettable event for sports enthusiasts and Parisians alike. From the Grand Palais to the Hôtel National des Invalides, the city's most famous landmarks will be transformed into stunning sporting venues. And let's not forget the Seine, which will play host to the opening ceremony of the Games, promising an unforgettable and breathtaking experience for all. But the Paris 2024 Games are not just about sports and entertainment. They are also a platform for sustainability and environmental awareness. Paris has already set the bar high by committing to using 95% of existing or temporary venues and facilities, in an effort to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by half. -
